> Cleaning is an optional service. Cleaning must be done by you before your departure. The house must be left in the same cleanliness as you found it and the equipment must be put back in their place.

> The option linen package, calculated per person, includes: bed sheets, bath towels and kitchen towel.

> The 8 Guests house is limited to 6 adults and for the 12 guests is limited to 8 adults.

> Easter, Christmass and New Year are priced based on the Mid-season rate.

> A rental agreement will be sent to you upon your booking request :
- 30% deposit of the rentalamount is requiered upon booking
- Cancel policy
- Vacation rental insurance certificate
- Sécurity déposit
- Check in : 4h pm
