Etelria House Rules
We are delighted to welcome you to the 'Eterial' house located at the foot of the Ria d'Etel, just a stone's throw away from the picturesque port of Magouër.

For the smooth progress of your stay and the well-being of everyone, we would like to provide you with some information about Etelria :
- The Wifi code is as follows: EtelriaWifi
- The parking for your accommodation is provided to the left of the terrace for the left accommodation, and to the left of the garage for the right accommodation
- The gates must remain closed after each use. In case of any incidents, you may be held responsible.
- To open and close the roller shutter of the bay window from the outside, the interior wall switch must be in the central position.
-The barbecue, outdoor games, and paddleboard are graciously provided for your use and shared with the other accommodation. We simply ask you to clean them thoroughly after use and to lock the garage door afterward.
- Regarding the paddleboard, we advise against going beyond the cove facing the house. Near the Nohic island, there are strong currents, and the old oyster farming parks with wooden posts could damage the inflatable paddleboard. The departure is very easy from the small beach by going right on the coastal path 🙂
- In your absence and in the evening, please remember to close the umbrella, and roof windows as it may be subject to gusts of wind and that could endure heavy rain.
- A robotic lawnmower operates automatically and should not be touched.
- This accommodation is non-smoking, and parties are not allowed.
- The place is peaceful, please limit noise to respect everyone's tranquility.
- In case of damage, please notify us within 48 hours so that we can remedy it as soon as possible.

Small checks before leaving :
The house must be left cleaned in the condition you found it, with all equipment returned to their original place
DIRTY LINEN: Place the sheets at the foot of each bed and in the bathroom for the towels.
DISHES: Make sure to empty the dishwasher and that the dishes are dry and put away.
FOOD: Remove all food from the refrigerator and freezer.
TRASH & RECYCLING: Dispose of the garbage in the two bins corresponding to the selective sorting: yellow for recyclable waste/packaging and green for household waste. The glass containers are located 200m away, on Kerbascuin Street.
WINDOWS, LIGHTS, RADIATORS: Make sure to close the windows, Velux; turn off the lights and lower the temperature of the radiators.
BARBECUE, FIREPIT, WOOD STOVE: Remove the ashes and clean the grill.
KEYS: Please return the keys to the key box located on the side of the house (right for the Right Bank and left for the Left Bank).
PERSONAL ITEMS: Make sure you haven’t forgotten anything.
